Backfill Project - the cost of providing cover and other out of pocket costs can be met for VCS staff involved in learning or networking. For more information visit the Backfill Project page.
NCDN is the lead body for NLEAP, where VCS organisations can work together to access funds, develop collaborative programmes and support each other in achieving high quality learning provision for the benefit of community-based learners and the VCs workforce. Action learning is a way of taking time out to reflect on what we are doing with the support of other people who are active in their communities. Visit the Action Learning page for more information.
