Action Learning
NCDN uses action learning to encourage people in communities to get involved in what's happening and to meet up with other people who are interested in what is going on in communities, and looking at their own role within it. Action learning works for community based practitioners who want some peer support to help improve their work. It works for community activists who benefit from sharing ideas for what works well. It works for anyone who is interested in reflecting on what they are doing with the support of others.
Rob Stickland has produced a mini-pack 'Super Trouper' that can be downloaded here to provide some background about action learning
