Action by Differently Abled People in Tynedale (ADAPT.) is a charitable company operating in the West of Northumberland. ADAPT works closely with partners in both the voluntary and statutory sector. ADAPT's primary aim is to improve the quality of life of both disabled and disadvantaged people in West Northumberland. The provision of health promotion information, advice and resources to all organisations in Northumberland to improve the health and well-being of the population of Northumberland in accordance with both national and local directives.
