NCDN has been awarded a Transition Fund grant to strengthn its perfromance and help build a sustainable future. These funds will be used to:

  • Develop the Credit to You programme to support disadvantaged learners people into accredited learning in friendly community settings.
  • Build partnerships and collaborations through NLEAP (Northumberland Learning and Employability Access Partnership) and build links with members of the Northumberland Social Care Community Network.
  • Create networking and influencing opportunities linked to learning, for people experiencing discrimination and exclusion.
